Frequently Asked Questions

One of our client success specialists will contact you regarding next steps. After we develop an implementation plan together, our dedicated implementation team will install all devices and provide training on how to use our platform. When your free trial ends, you will have the option to extend the service with a purchase or simply request the products be removed.  

Our installation partners conduct the installation on the day and time of your choosing. We install inside the units agreed upon in the installation plan.

At the end of the trial period, you decide if you want to initiate a purchase contract. If you choose not to proceed with a purchase, we can schedule a day and time to remove the products. 

We will install one Smart Hub, one Smart Thermostat, one Smart Lock, two Entry Sensors, two Water Leak Detectors, and one Motion Sensor in each unit. These quantities are subject to change.

During the trial period, we will provide technical support and if a device is damaged or malfunctions, we will troubleshoot or replace the product. 

Trial offers are extended to owners and operators that meet the trial offer requirements. You may contact us directly if you have further questions.
