Our client success specialists contacts you regarding an implementation plan. Once this is all set, Arize’s dedicated service team  installs all devices for you; they also provide training on how to use our platform. Once your free trial ends, you  need to let us know whether you want to extend service with a purchasing contract.

Our installation partners conduct the installation on the day and time of your choosing. We install inside the units agreed upon in the installation plan.

At the end of the trial period, the property manager decides whether or not to initiate a purchasing contract. If a contract is initiated, the cost of items gets negotiated. On the other hand, if a purchasing contract is not initiated, no charges apply. This means no fees for installation/removal of devices (subject to change).

Our client success specialist is dedicated to receiving repair requests. Call or email us and we will take care of the issue for you. Please note that this statement only applies to the timeframe that falls within the trial/demo period. After this ends, a standard warranty period would have to be renegotiated (and possibly revised).

We use the latest Zigbee protocol with added security features for our devices. All platform data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is the most trusted cloud provider. Furthermore, every data transmission between the cloud and software services (e.g., our app and web platform) are encrypted.

During your trial period, Arize handles all device maintenance and repair costs.
